Choosing the Right Attire for Our Facility
As you prepare to take advantage of our state-of-the-art services, including cold tubs, saunas, red light therapy, Normatec, and mobility floor, you might be wondering what the best attire is. Let us help you make the right choice so that you can enjoy our facility while staying as comfortable as possible.
Recommended Attire
Swimwear: For cold tubs and saunas, wearing a swimsuit, water shirts, or equivalent swimwear is recommended.
Lightweight Clothing: Opt for breathable, moisture-wicking fabrics that allow for easy movement for the mobility floor and Normatec areas.
Towels: Bring your favorite towel or robe from home or use one of our towels.
Footwear: Flip-flops or sandals are recommended for easy on-and-off access and hygiene
Layers: Consider layering your clothing to adjust to varying temperatures in different areas.
Additional Tips
Stay Hydrated: Make sure to drink plenty of water before and after your session.
Personal Items: Bring any personal items you may need, such as a water bottle or skincare products. Limited locker space is available.
What Type of Swimwear is Best?
The mobility floor and Normatec areas are intended to be used dry so either changing or fast drying materials are recommended. A statistic from Swimwear Association indicates that swimsuits made of nylon and spandex can dry up to 50% faster than traditional cotton fabrics.
If you are planning on utilizing the private Red Light Therapy rooms during your visit, consider an option that allows for greater skin exposure to allow for optimal light absorption.
